Español: definitivamente le daría más de 5 estrellas si fuese posible. Está muy bien ubicado (puedes llegar a todos los sitios de interés caminando), las habitaciones están súper limpias y toman cualquier observación para que cuando vuelvas consigas tu habitación como solocitaste. Además de todo esto, los desayunos están muy buenos (yo probé los incluidos y la verdad es que valió mucho la pena) y el servicio es increíble. Te hacen sentir en casa al punto que cuando estábamos de paseo nos referíamos al hotel como "cuando lleguemos a la casa..." solo para recordar que estábamos hospendados. Son pet friendly y tienen un jardín que te permite pasear a tu mascota. Ningún día nos faltó agua caliente en la ducha, que tiende a ser un problema común en los lugares de temperaturas bajas que me he quedado. Sin duda cuando vuelva a san Miguel volveré a Casa María Helena. La verdad es que hacía tiempo no recibía tan buen servicio en un hotel, ni siquiera los de cadena de nombre reconocido. Muy feliz de haber encontrado este lugar. English: I would definitely give it more than 5 stars if possible. It is very well located (you can walk to almost every place of insterest), the rooms are super clean and they take any observations so that when you return your room is as you requested. The breakfasts are very good (I tried the included ones and it was really worth it) and the service is incredible. They make you feel at home to the point that when we were out and about, we referred to the hotel as "when we get home..." just to remember that we were not home despite the homey feeling. They are pet friendly and have a garden that allows you to walk your pet. On no day did we lack hot water in the shower, which tends to be a common problem in the low temperature places where I've stayed. Without a doubt when I return to San Miguel I will return to Casa María Helena. It'd been a while since I had received such good service in a hotel, not even in well-known chains. Very happy that I found this place!

Loved staying here, everyone is super nice and really helpful with guests. Close to everything and easy to walk around. Loved the rooftop view, nice rooms, great food, good relaxing massages. Will return and recommend for sure and a big thanks to everyone working at Casa Maria Elena for making our visit so pleasant!

Great place to stay at San Miguel! It’s really close to down town, the confort of the beds and pillows are great! Regarding the breakfast it’s really good, the staff gave a very good service during the stay.

El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones son súper espacios, cómodas, limpias, con una decoración minimalista y con todo lo necesario para una estadía de varios días. La comida del restaurante es espectacular y el servicio de todos los que trabajan allí siempre fue muy atento. El desayuno es delicioso y bien servido. La mermelada casera que hacen es un espectáculo. Hay estacionamiento. Definitivamente, volvería a quedarme allí cuando vuelva a SMA

Me hospede con ellos un día y la verdad no me arrepiento. Esta súper céntrico. El lugar por fuera parece una casa, ni parece hotel. Ya que entras está muy elegante. La chica de recepción súper amable. El desayuno pfff delicioso. El único detalle si acaso es que en el baño no había shampoo. Todo lo demás muy bien. Felicidades!
